Users with the "Admin" role type assignments may add organizations. This area is accessed by selecting the "Admin" option in the main navigational bar and then the "Organization" option.
To create a new organization, enter the title in the "Name" field, select the desired "Type" (e.g. Contractor, VDOT, or other) and then select <Save>.
A pair of organizations, "GEC Contractor" and "VDOT" have been added to distinguish between onsite POCs and contractors from those in the operation centers.
Organizations saved with the type "Other" are hidden when selecting points of contacts for lane closures. Only "VDOT" type organizations are available for "VDOT Org POC". The following chart summarizes which organizations are available for each type of POC:
