Administration: Managing Contacts
LCAMS provides the means to add and manage multiple points of contacts belonging to an organization. For example, users can quickly find contact information about a lane closure of interest by clicking on a line segment to view an informational window containing point of contact details.
- Create a new point of contact by selecting <New>
and modify by selecting <Edit>
- Note that if a name has all of the values entered, that entry will not be able to be modified and the
button will be grayed out
- Details are shown in the dynamic box (located in the upper right) giving a preview of what details will be shown in the POC box in the add entry screen
- Contacts for system users can only be edited by the user themselves
